Senior Odoo Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Odoo development, customization, and integration with at least 1 year of relevant experience. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Odoo solutions tailored to our business needs, ensuring a seamless workflow and user experience. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements. ● Perform end-to-end development tasks, including coding, debugging, testing, and deployment. ● Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs. ● Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. ● Maintain and upgrade Odoo versions, ensuring compatibility and functionality. ● Write and maintain clear, concise technical documentation. ● Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ● Minimum of 1+ year of professional experience in Odoo development. ● Proficiency in Python programming and a strong understanding of Odoo framework. ● Experience with PostgreSQL and database management. ● Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. ● Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. ● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience with Odoo.sh or other cloud-hosted Odoo environments. ● Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies. ● Understanding of ERP workflows across different domains (e.g., accounting, inventory, CRM). ● Experience with version control systems like Git. ● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
