Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and follow up on warm leads
Present and promote Nayaxs credit card terminals and mobile POS solutions
Provide technical phone training and guidance to new customers on how to activate and operate their terminals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales (B2B or B2C)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly over the phone
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is mandatory
Fluency; English proficiency is an advantage (average level)

Work Conditions:

Working hours: 09:00–18:00 Cyprus time
Initial focus on customers in Cyprus, with potential expansion to the Greek market
