Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes and translate them into Odoo requirements. Configure and customize Odoo modules ( Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Project, Manufacturing ). Perform functional gap analysis and suggest effective Odoo-based solutions. Prepare functional documentation: BRD, FRD, test cases, and UAT scenarios. Collaborate closely with Odoo developers for customization and integration tasks. Train end users and provide ongoing post-implementation support. Assist with data migration, testing, and troubleshooting. Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks within project scope and budget. Act as the functional bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field. 25 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant . Strong knowledge of Odoo functional flows and inter-module relationships. Excellent understanding of business processes across finance, logistics, manufacturing, and HR. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Odoo certification (Functional v14v17). Basic understanding of Python, XML, and PostgreSQL . Prior experience in multi-company / multi-country ERP projects . Familiarity with data import/export, dashboard setup, and reporting .
