Design

Build and maintain
API integrations
with external platforms (CRM, logistics, payment gateways, BI, HRMS).
Handle
data migration
, ETL scripts, and upgrades between Odoo versions.
Optimize
PostgreSQL queries
and improve application performance.
Implement
security policies
, record rules, and access control lists (ACLs).
Participate in
code reviews
, maintain clean version control (Git), and write unit tests.
Collaborate with functional consultants, QA engineers, and DevOps to ensure high-quality delivery.
Prepare
technical documentation
, deployment scripts, and release notes.

Required Skills

2+ years of hands-on experience in
Odoo backend development

Strong command of
Python 3

Odoo ORM
, and
PostgreSQL
.
Good understanding of
server actions, scheduled jobs, controllers
, and
REST APIs
.
Experience with
Linux, Git
, and
Docker
environments.
Familiarity with
access control and record rules
in Odoo.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.
