Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Odoo Functional Consultant based in Chennai, with the flexibility of some remote work. The Odoo Functional Consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business requirements, map these to Odoo ERP functionalities, and design efficient solutions. Key responsibilities include configuring Odoo modules, preparing system workflows, supporting deployments, training end-users, and assisting in system testing and troubleshooting. The role requires collaboration with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and solid understanding of Business Processes to design efficient solutions
Excellent Communication and Consulting skills for effective client interaction and presentations
Knowledge of Finance operations and workflows is highly desirable
Proven ability to customize and implement Odoo ERP modules effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Prior experience with ERP systems or software implementation is an advantage
