As an Odoo Functional Consultant at Itrio Technologies, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, and implementing Odoo solutions to meet the client's needs. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend suitable Odoo solutions. - Provide consulting services to clients, understanding their needs and customizing Odoo modules accordingly. - Implement and configure Odoo ERP modules to optimize business operations. - Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop functional specifications and test plans to support the implementation of Odoo solutions. - Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5-7 years of proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role. - Extensive hands-on experience with Odoo ERP modules and functionality. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently. - Experience in working directly with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions. - Strong documentation skills, including functional specifications and test plans. - Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC). - Odoo certification or other relevant ERP/CRM certifications (preferred).
