AR Caller - Authorization

We are having an immediate openings with product based company for AR Caller role

Note : we require someone with Authorization determination and submission process experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in an accounts receivable role, healthcare billing,

or authorization calling within the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, and pre-authorization

procedures.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with

insurance representatives and healthcare providers.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, resolve discrepancies, and escalate concerns

as needed.

• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documentation and understanding of authorization

processes.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining

deadlines.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using healthcare management software, EHR systems, and

Microsoft Office Suite.
