Responsibilities: Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR. Customize functional workflows, forms, and dashboards without coding. Prepare, manage, and update master data (products, vendors, customers, BOM, price lists, etc.). Analyse client requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions. Recommend best practices and ensure smooth process implementation in Odoo. Design functional workflows, reports, KPIs, and dashboards based on client needs. Coordinate with the technical team for custom development and integrations. Requirements: 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant. Ability to gather requirements, design workflows, and configure Odoo solutions. Excellent communication, analytical, and client-handling skills. Experience in end-to-end Odoo implementation, migration, or support projects. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
