Experience Required: 4+ years

Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Odoo Consultant to lead end-to-end Odoo implementations. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements, design Odoo-based solutions, configure modules, and ensure successful project delivery. You will be instrumental in optimizing clients’ business processes and ensuring seamless adoption of Odoo ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Design, configure, and customize Odoo modules to align with business processes and objectives.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to bridge functional gaps within the Odoo system.
  • Perform system testing, create and execute test scripts, and ensure delivery quality and accuracy.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in coordination with technical and development teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo versions, features, and community updates, providing recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery within defined scope and budget.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizations.

Must-Have

  • Strong hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and configuration across modules.
  • Proven ability in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Experience with functional testing, validation, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning, management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per year
