**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer with expertise in Point of Sale (POS) systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Odoo POS solutions, along with a strong understanding of backend development and integration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and customize Odoo POS modules to meet client requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to junior developers.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo POS and other systems, such as payment gateways, inventory management, and accounting software.

- Optimize POS performance and ensure scalability, security, and reliability of the system.

- Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases and technologies to continuously improve our POS solutions.

- Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience (3 years) as an Odoo Developer, with a focus on POS development.

- Extensive knowledge of Odoo framework, Python programming language, and PostgreSQL database.

- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.

- Experience in customizing and extending Odoo POS functionalities, including UI/UX enhancements, product management, and payment processing.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services for integration purposes.
