Odoo developer

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our IT team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and features to align with our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical skills in Python and a comprehensive understanding of ERP workflows. Your key responsibilities will include developing and customizing Odoo modules based on business requirements, integrating third-party applications and Odoo through APIs and connectors, designing and implementing business workflows in Odoo (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.), upgrading and migrating Odoo versions as necessary, creating and managing reports using Odoos reporting tools (QWeb, PDF, Excel exports), troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing modules, providing technical support and training to end users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and Project Managers. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in Odoo development (Odoo 12 and above preferred). - Proficiency in Python, XML, and PostgreSQL. - Experience with Odoo's ORM and QWeb templating. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery). - Understanding of business processes in ERP systems. - Experience with Git version control. - Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo SaaS. - Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu environments and server deployment. - Experience with Docker is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Previous experience in an e-commerce or manufacturing environment.,
