Odoo developer

As an Odoo Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules to enhance our business processes. Your strong technical skills in Python and understanding of ERP workflows will be key to your success in this role. - Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements. - Integrate third-party applications with Odoo using APIs and connectors. - Design and implement various business workflows in Odoo such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR. - Upgrade and migrate Odoo versions when necessary. - Create and manage reports using Odoos reporting tools like QWeb, PDF, and Excel exports. - Troubleshoot and debug issues within existing modules. - Provide technical support and training to end users. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and Project Managers. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in Odoo development, with a preference for Odoo 12 and above. - Proficiency in Python, XML, and PostgreSQL. - Experience working with Odoo's ORM and QWeb templating. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery. - Understanding of business processes in ERP systems. - Proficient with Git version control. - Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo SaaS. - Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu environments and server deployment. - Experience with Docker is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Previous experience in an e-commerce or manufacturing environment.,
