Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products, generate leads, or provide support. You must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers or potential clients. Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information. Explain product or service features and benefits clearly and persuasively. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with customers for feedback, documentation, or further inquiries. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or manager. Handle complaints or doubts professionally and escalate when necessary. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
