Job Title: Odoo Developer Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules. Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on client requirements. 2. Analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications for module development. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver Odoo-based solutions. 4. Configure and integrate various Odoo modules to ensure seamless functionality across different business areas. 5. Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve software defects. 6. Collaborate with the QA team to conduct testing and ensure the quality of developed modules. 7. Keep up-to-date with the latest Odoo developments, best practices, and industry trends. 8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed. 9. Participate in project planning, estimation, and sprint reviews to ensure timely delivery of projects. 10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Odoo Developer, working with Odoo 10 and above. 3. Strong proficiency in Python programming language. 4. In-depth knowledge of the Odoo framework and its various modules. 5. Experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules using ORM and MVC architecture. 6. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML for front-end customization. 7. Familiarity with PostgreSQL database and ability to write efficient SQL queries. 8. Experience in version control systems like Git for collaborative development. 9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. 10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Odoo certification(s) or relevant professional certifications. 2. Experience in integrating Odoo with third-party systems and APIs. 3. Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and JSON/XML data formats. 4. Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
