Role Overview

o9 Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain planning requirements across demand, supply, and inventory planning domains.
  • Translate business processes into o9 solution designs and configurations.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of o9 modules, including data modeling, workflow setup, UI design, and integration mappings.
  • Customize o9 features to align with unique client requirements and business logic.
  • Support system testing, UAT, and deployment of o9 platform solutions.
  • Partner with technical teams for data integration and performance tuning.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancement recommendations.
  • Create functional and technical documentation for solution design and configuration.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in o9 platform utilization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years

    of experience in supply chain planning, with at least

    2+ years working on the o9 platform.

  • Strong understanding of core supply chain processes: demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, etc.
  • Proven

    hands-on experience

    in o9 platform setup, configuration, and customization — including modeler configuration, planning workflows, and dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with o9 data integration tools and APIs (preferred).
  • Ability to troubleshoot configuration and data flow issues.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience with other planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
