O9 Consultant

Role Overview As an experienced o9 Consultant at TVS Digital, you will be a key member of the digital supply chain transformation team. Your role involves utilizing your strong functional knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and hands-on technical expertise to configure and customize the o9 platform. Your contributions will play a vital role in translating business requirements into scalable o9 solutions that enhance planning efficiency, visibility, and overall performance. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend supply chain planning needs across demand, supply, and inventory planning domains. - Translate business processes into o9 solution designs and configurations. - Perform hands-on configuration of o9 modules, encompassing data modeling, workflow setup, UI design, and integration mappings. - Customize o9 features to align with unique client requirements and business logic. - Support system testing, UAT, and deployment of o9 platform solutions. - Collaborate with technical teams for seamless data integration and performance tuning. - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and offer enhancement recommendations. - Generate functional and technical documentation for solution design and configuration. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in o9 platform utilization. Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - Possess 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on work with the o9 platform. - Solid understanding of core supply chain processes such as demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and inventory optimization. - Demonstrated hands-on experience in o9 platform setup, configuration, and customization, including modeler configuration, planning workflows, and dashboard creation. - Knowledge of o9 data integration tools and APIs is preferred. - Ability to troubleshoot configuration and data flow issues effectively. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Previous experience with other planning tools like Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or Blue Yonder is considered a plus.,
