Position Overview: The Nursing Supervisor in the home healthcare industry plays a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. This position involves supervising and leading a team of nurses, coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Clinical Supervision: Supervise a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
