Responsible for supervision of overall nursing care of the patient. Ensure proper admission, transfer, and discharge process for all the patients in the wards. Supervise of attending call bell promptly. Maintain nutritional needs of the patients. Ensure proper administration of medications also ensure double check is done with signature. Coordinate pre-Op and Post-op patients care. Check patients dressing for any oozing and taking corrective measures. Assist in procedure as and when required. Supervise of Blood Transfusion and also check the consent before transfusing. Ensure proper mouth care, back-care and good personal hygiene. Ensure safety, comfort, privacy of the patients.
