Nursing Supervisor

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing daily operations of the nursing department, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and effective communication to coordinate nursing activities across units.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff schedules, assignments, and duties.
• Ensure delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
• Assist in recruitment, orientation, and training of new nursing staff.
• Enforce compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and legal regulations.
• Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, incident reports, and administrative documentation.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels during shifts and manage emergencies effectively.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation processes.
• Promote a positive, safe, and patient-focused work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
