Job Description:

Staff Management:

Training, and onboarding new nursing staff.

Scheduling shifts and assigning nurses to patients.

Evaluating staff performance, providing feedback, and addressing deficiencies.

Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to the nursing team.

Patient Care Oversight:

Monitoring and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care.

Coordinating patient treatment plans with other healthcare professionals.

Acting as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Operational Management:

Managing departmental budgets, resources, and supplies.

Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.

Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative documentation.

Leadership & Communication:

Communicating effectively with staff, doctors, administrators, and patients' families.

Participating in strategic planning and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Resolving escalated issues and complaints from staff or patients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is typically required, with 5-6 Years experience

Clinical Experience: Significant direct clinical experience as a registered nurse.

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a nursing team.

Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, resources, and schedules effectively.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations: A strong understanding of healthcare laws, compliance, and best practices. Experience in Nursing Procedures & ICU, NABH, HIC Practices & Interested to work in rotation shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,107.34 - ₹35,796.62 per month
