Key Responsibilities Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified nurses. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet service demand. Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and orientation programs. Supervise daily nursing operations and allocate duties effectively. Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations. Foster a positive, disciplined, and professional work culture. Ensure adherence to nursing standards, infection control, and compliance with regulatory frameworks. Implement policies, procedures, and best practices in patient care. Arrange and deploy nurses to client sites, hospitals, and care centers as per requirements. Coordinate with HR and operations for smooth staffing. Patient Care & Clinical Oversight Oversee care delivery to ensure safety, empathy, and professionalism. Resolve escalations, patient concerns, or clinical issues promptly. Work with doctors and healthcare partners to maintain continuity of care. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills. Excellent communication in Kannada and English (verbal & written). Proven experience in nursing staff recruitment and management. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in nursing standards, compliance, and patient care ethics.
