Nursing Supervisor

Role Overview: Tesla Scans and Healthcare is looking for a Nursing Supervisor to join their Diagnostics Centre in Chalakkudy. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, monitoring and evaluating patient care plans, managing staffing and scheduling, fostering a positive work environment, implementing hospital policies, collaborating with other departments, addressing concerns, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and guide nursing staff, providing support and guidance as needed. - Ensure high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures. - Monitor and evaluate patient care plans, making adjustments as necessary. - Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. - Implement and enforce hospital policies, procedures, and standards. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care. - Address patient and staff concerns, resolving issues promptly. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives. - Maintain accurate records and reports.
