We are in search of a qualified and experienced Front Office Manage r for our Chalakkudy center The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, managing patient flow, and ensuring excellent customer service. They supervise front office staff, handle patient inquiries, and maintain clinic efficiency. Job Description Manage front desk staff, including training and performance evaluation. Oversee patient registration, scheduling, and billing processes. Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction. Handle patient complaints and concerns. Maintain accurate records and reports. Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.
