Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Executive with experience in the home care, healthcare, or medical services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting home care leads, managing franchise relationships, training field staff, and ensuring service excellence through consistent customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Conversion Identify and engage potential clients who require home care services. Follow up on inquiries, pitch services, and convert leads into active clients. Franchise Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners. Regular communication, performance reviews, issue resolution, and alignment with business goals. Team Training & Supervision: Organise and conduct skill development sessions for home care workers. Monitor field performance and provide on-the-job support as needed. Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality. Manage contracts and customer records. Operational Coordination: Oversee home care worker assignments, resolve operational challenges, and liaise with internal departments for smooth service delivery. Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of leads, conversions, worker performance, and client feedback. Submit periodic reports to management. Who You Are: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, home care, or medical sales(Mandatory). Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Experience in training or supervising teams is a plus. Must own a two-wheeler (Petrol and travel allowance provided). Fluent in the local language and basic English. Willingness to travel locally as part of the job.
