NPI Support

• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product launches.
• Drive the integration of reliability principles into the NPI process, ensuring new products meet predefined reliability targets.
• Lead failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) sessions for new product designs to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support the development and execution of prototype and pilot runs to validate product performance.
  

Reliability Engineering

• Develop and execute reliability testing protocols, including accelerated life testing, environmental testing, and failure analysis.
• Ensure the reliability of new products meets industry standards and customer expectations.
• Analyze test data and provide recommendations for design improvements or corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure continuous improvement in product reliability.
  

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

• Serve as the technical expert, providing insights into product design and reliability challenges.
• Support engineering teams in troubleshooting issues during product development and launch phases.
• Facilitate communication between different departments to address any technical challenges related to NPI and reliability.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure product reliability standards are met and maintained throughout production.
  

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to product reliability and NPI.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the NPI process.
• Assist in the development of internal standards and guidelines for reliability testing and NPI processes.
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for reliability testing, design changes, and NPI procedures.
• Provide regular status updates, test reports, and risk assessments to leadership.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
