Title: HR Recruiter Non-Tech Hiring - WFH Location: Remote | Experience: 2+ Years | Type: Full-time About the Role: Were looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end non-tech hiring (Sales, Ops, Marketing, Support, etc.). Youll partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a great candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-tech roles. Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. Screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring teams. Maintain recruitment data and reports. Requirements: 2+ years of non-tech hiring experience. Strong communication and sourcing skills. Has experience in Product/startup/HFT hiring Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Familiarity with ATS is a plus.
