Growth Lead For a health & wellness FMCG startup _ Hyderabad

About the Company: A fast-growing consumer startup in the health & wellness space, founded by IIT & ISB alumni with leadership experience at top companies (Uber, Meesho, Deutsche Bank, ITC). Backed by strong values and growth vision, the company is building a digital-first FMCG brand designed for the modern consumer. The candidate will work closely with the founders in a high-impact role. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute the user growth strategy across digital channels: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, WhatsApp, Email, SEO, etc. Plan, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketplace platforms Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights to improve RoAS Optimize marketing funnels end-to-end (ads, creatives, landing pages, checkout flow) Lead experiments across website content, UI/UX features, and conversion rates Manage retention & re-engagement efforts using WhatsApp, Email Marketing, and Retargeting Work collaboratively across teams (Content, Design, Tech) to drive integrated campaigns Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Meta & Google Ads mandatory) Proficient in tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Merchant Center Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel Strong communication skills (written + verbal) Prior experience with performance campaigns, funnels, and RoAS-driven goals Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment Whats in it for You: Opportunity to work directly with the founders High ownership role with end-to-end visibility of business impact Flexible work setup – choose remote or work out of our Hyderabad office Be part of building a category-defining health brand from the ground up
