We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to take ownership of our online presence and execute engaging content strategies that drive growth and brand engagement.

Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a creative powerhouse and a strategic thinker, managing all aspects of our content and social media presence.

A. Social Media Strategy & Execution

1. Develop and Manage Campaigns:

   Design, plan, and execute comprehensive

   Social Media Campaigns

   across all key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube) to achieve specific marketing and business goals.

2. Platform Management:

   Oversee the day-to-day management of all company social media profiles, ensuring brand consistency and active community engagement.

3. Influencer Marketing:

   Identify, vet, and collaborate with relevant

   Influencers/Bloggers

   to execute strategic partnerships and campaigns.

B. Content Creation & Graphics

1. Multimedia Content Production:

   Create high-quality, engaging visual and written

   Content

   tailored for each platform, including posts, stories, video scripts, and long-form articles.

2. Graphic Design:

   Utilize tools like

   Canva

   to design visually appealing

   Graphics

   and assets for social media, ensuring all visuals align with brand guidelines.

3. Video Content:

   Develop and optimize content specifically for

   YouTube

   and Instagram Reels/Stories to maximize reach and engagement.

C. SEO & Performance Analysis

1. SEO Integration:

   Apply fundamental

   SEO

   best practices to all written and video content to improve organic discoverability and search rankings.

2. Monitoring & Optimization:

   Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all content and campaigns using platform analytics. Adjust strategies and tactics based on data to continuously improve engagement and ROI.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in

  Social Media Marketing

  and managing major platforms (Facebook,

  Instagram

  ,

  YouTube

  ,

  LinkedIn

  ).
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful

  Content Creation

  and

  Social Media Campaigns

  .
• Proficiency in graphic design, specifically using

  Canva

  or similar tools.
• Understanding of basic

  SEO

  principles and how to apply them to digital content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (

  Blogger

  experience is a plus).
• Experience or deep understanding of

  Influencer Marketing

  strategies.
