Role & responsibilities

Strategic planning:
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet current and future hiring needs and to build a diverse workforce.
Candidate sourcing:
Proactively search for and attract potential candidates through various channels like job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
Talent pipeline management:
Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Screening and interviewing:
Review applications, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess their skills and cultural fit.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Employer branding:

Onboarding:
