About the Role:

Work Mode - Work From Home

Experience -Min 6 months - 1 year experience in NON-IT Recruitment

Education Qualification: Graduate

Work hours- 9 AM to 6 PM

Off Days- 2nd and 4th Saturday & all Sundays

Notice period - Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

Role and Responsibilities

Identify potential candidates
Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions
Utilize various sources such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and headhunting
Conduct proactive talent searches and engage in passive candidate sourcing techniques
Maintain candidate database with relevant information
Provide regular updates for the recruitment tracker and other reports
Screen relevant resumes and coordinate the entire interview process
Update candidates with relevant feedback
