Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & shortlisting candidates
Manage client hiring requirements and deliver qualified profiles within timelines
Use job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms & internal database for sourcing
Conduct initial HR screening for fitment, interest, and compensation alignment
Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and ensure smooth candidate journey
Maintain recruitment pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports
Build & nurture candidate networks and talent pools
15 years of experience in recruitment (staffing agency experience preferred)
Strong sourcing & headhunting skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, references)
Excellent communication & people-handling skills
Target-driven, energetic, and passionate about hiring
Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines
Graduate / MBA preferred
