Key Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, and other creative methods, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidate profiles to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and fit with the organization.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for the roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
® Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing partners to leverage their networks and resources for talent acquisition.
® Collaborate with the recruitment team to coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other selection processes for candidates.
® Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to Non-IT and provide recommendations to optimize sourcing strategies.
® Provide regular reports and metrics on sourcing activities, including sourcing channels, candidate engagement, and pipeline status, to stakeholders and management.
