Role: Full Stack Node.js Developer

We are seeking talented and driven Full Stack Node.js Developers with 2 to 3 years of solid hands-on experience to join our core Enterprise Product Engineering Team.

You’ll be working on large-scale enterprise-grade software platforms that demand performance, reliability, and clean architecture.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring proficient Node.js Developers to join our Enterprise Product Engineering team. You will work closely with senior architects and product managers to build high-performance modules for:

• CRM & Sales Automation
• Field Service & Support Operations
• ERP & Financial Accounting
• Project & Workflow Management
• B2B E-Commerce Platforms

This is a backend-heavy full stack role, with approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend responsibilities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript with NestJS or Express
• Develop REST APIs and microservices with OpenAPI (Swagger)
• Design and optimize relational and document databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB)
• Implement multi-tenant architectures, RBAC, and audit logging
• Create frontend components using React.js
• Write modular, testable code with Jest and Supertest
• Automate deployments via CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI)
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker on Linux/cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Stay updated with backend trends in caching, observability, API versioning, etc.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2 - 5 years of professional experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and REST API development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and HTML5/CSS3
• Experience with React.js for frontend development
• Expertise in PostgreSQL or MySQL including performance optimization
• Familiarity with Git, agile workflows, CI/CD tools
• Understanding of security, performance, and scalability concerns in enterprise SaaS

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Frameworks and ORMs
Experience with NestJS, Prisma, or TypeORM to build scalable, type-safe backend applications.

Messaging and Caching:
Familiarity with Redis, BullMQ, Kafka, or RabbitMQ for high-performance queuing and caching.

Security and Authentication:
Strong understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and OWASP Top 10 practices for secure API development.Compliance and Architecture Knowledge of GDPR, SOC2, and best practices for designing secure, multi-tenant SaaS architectures.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience with GraphQL, Docker, or Kubernetes for modern API and containerized deployments.
