Role Overview: As the New Store Opening Head for Lab-Grown Jewellery, you will play a crucial role in leading the launch of new retail stores, ensuring that each store embodies the brand vision and upholds operational excellence from the very beginning. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire process, starting from site selection and planning to execution, staffing, and post-launch operations. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of new store launches in coordination with cross-functional teams. - Conduct detailed market research, footfall analysis, and lease negotiations to identify and evaluate potential locations for new stores. - Oversee the design of store layout, branding, and infrastructure setup, ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation. - Ensure a successful store opening and oversee operations from the first day, maintaining high performance standards. - Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new store teams in alignment with the brand's service standards. - Manage relationships with vendors, oversee procurement, and ensure inventory readiness for the launch. - Monitor launch budgets, track expenditures, and optimize project timelines and outcomes. - Coordinate local marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and community engagement before and after the store launch.
