Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Development Manager located in Dhar. The New Product Development Manager will oversee and lead the development of innovative products, which includes managing research and development (R&D) initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities will involve overseeing project timelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards, liaising with clients to meet requirements, and optimizing processes to enhance product performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) with a demonstrated ability to innovate and develop new products.
• Knowledge of Food Technology and Food Science with experience applying these in product development.
• Strong Project Management skills to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are effectively managed.
• Experience in the Food Industry, especially understanding its standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively with teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related fields is preferred.
