Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Manager, located in Dhar. The New Product Development Manager will oversee the research and development of new products, manage project timelines, collaborate with food technology and food science experts, and ensure the successful launch of new products. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and manufacturing, to meet company objectives and improve product offerings.

Qualifications

• Research and Development (R&D), Food Technology, and Food Science skills
• Experience in Project Management and the Food Industry
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dhar
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Food Science, or Business
