International Marketing Manager

About Us: Kach Motors is a leading Indian manufacturer of high-precision automotive components, specializing in bar and forging components for commercial vehicles, tractors, and the aftermarket. With a strong manufacturing base and a rapidly expanding global presence, we are now looking to onboard a seasoned International Marketing Manager to take our global outreach to the next level. Your Role: As our International Marketing Manager, you will spearhead global customer acquisition and relationship management, particularly focusing on the European and US markets . You will drive strategic marketing initiatives, develop channel partnerships, and work closely with OEMs, Tier-1s, and importers to expand Kach Motors’ international footprint. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute international marketing strategies across Europe and the USA. Identify and onboard new customers in the high-precision auto components industry. Strengthen relationships with existing global clients. Attend key international trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings. Collaborate with the internal team to align production capabilities with customer expectations. Develop market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and product demand. Ensure strong branding, digital marketing, and customer communication globally. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Business, Marketing , or a related field. MBA or Master’s in International Business/Marketing is preferred. 10+ years of experience in international marketing in the automotive component industry. Deep familiarity with precision components , bar & forging manufacturing , and B2B industrial sales. Demonstrated success in working with clients across Europe and the USA . Strong industry connections and understanding of global automotive supply chains . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Why Join Us?
