Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a New Product Development Manager. The New Product Development Manager will oversee the end-to-end development of innovative products, with a focus on managing the research and development process, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role includes handling project management responsibilities, coordinating timelines, and aligning product expectations with client and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Project Management
• Knowledge of Aluminium Extrusions and its applications in the Automotive Industry
• Background in the Aluminium Extrusions Industry
• Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or similar
