Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Development Manager, located in Faridabad. The New Product Development Manager will be responsible for leading and managing product development projects from concept to launch. Daily tasks include conducting research and development (R&D), collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring products meet quality and regulatory standards. The manager will also focus on innovation in the LPG industries driving new product ideas and improvements. Qualifications Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Project Management Background in the LPG Industry Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Experience with product lifecycle management and regulatory compliance is a plus
