New Product Development Executive

As a New Product Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product development cycle from concept to launch. Your role will involve conducting market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for new products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product development, oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of new products, and work closely with vendors and suppliers for material sourcing and innovation. Additionally, you will monitor post-launch performance, gather customer feedback, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the end-to-end product development cycle. - Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product development. - Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of new products. - Work with vendors and suppliers for material sourcing and innovation. - Monitor post-launch performance, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. - Work on artworks and maintain the database. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and project management. - Ability to conduct market and consumer insights research. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects within timelines. - Proficiency in MS Office, Project Management Software, and CRM systems. - Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and customer-centricity. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Design, or related field. - 67 years of experience in new product development, R&D, or innovation roles. - Prior experience in FMCG, Retail, Beauty, Lifestyle, or Consumer Products will be an advantage.
