This role is field-intensive and requires strong execution capabilities, market knowledge, and people management skills Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales targets. Drive growth across assigned territories through channel development and market expansion. 2. Channel & Distribution Management: Appoint and manage distributors, stockists, and sub-stockists. Ensure distributor ROI, inventory levels, and order generation. Coordinate stock planning, delivery, and payment collections. 3. Retail Execution: Increase numeric and weighted distribution. Ensure visibility, availability, and placement of SKUs at retail outlets. Implement planograms, product displays, and trade schemes effectively. 4. Team Supervision (if applicable): Guide and support sales representatives, merchandisers, or promoters. Conduct market working with team members to coach and improve performance. 5.
