Role & responsibilities Lead distribution strategies and initiatives for all distributors/ channel partners to grow top-line sales in identifying opportunities in all markets & segments and meet the overall revenue goals of the organization Define the overall strategy and objectives for the department, the key objectives in terms of revenue, growth, customer acquisition, secondary sales, distributors/ channels performance, channel operations performance, channel onboarding processes, etc Present to the senior leadership a monthly/quarterly/ annual report of the segment performance and its impact Create policies and frameworks for dealer operations and drive collection from them Develop, monitor and update financials involved in the collaborations with distributors to provide competitive rates and incentivize the channel partners according to market rates Demonstrate knowledge of new products, services, and trends within the industry and lead training programs focussed on orienting the sales officers and distributors. Drive increased penetration of business through existing business partners and be responsible for the successful acquisition of new partners Ensure distribution standards of performance, behaviours, and attitudes commensurate with the company vision and values statements. Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with the Distributors to push revenue growth and prevent churn Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
