Key Role Details: Position : Outbound Sales Specialist (Cold Calling & Appointment Setting) Location : Mohali, Punjab (100% Onsite) Shift : US Shift (10 Hrs) Working Days : 5 Days in Winter | 6 Days in Summer Experience Required : 1–3 years in outbound calling, preferably in a U.S. process Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers Set appointments for HVAC technician visits Maintain CRM records and track KPIs Achieve weekly targets on calls and appointments Coordinate closely with the U.S. operations team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: US shift Work Location: In person
