New Product Development Executive

As an Executive - NPD for the Skin Care, Hair Care & Body Care vertical at Pilgrim, your role is crucial in developing a successful product portfolio to drive business growth. You will be responsible for various tasks including product development, market research & analysis, project management, supplier management, and product launch & commercialization. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Product Development:** Develop a robust NPD pipeline from ideation to launch by identifying trends, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams and manufacturers. - **Market Research & Analysis:** Stay updated on industry trends, active ingredients, and competitor activity to develop the right product-mix. Engage with consumers and experts to understand need-gaps. - **Project Management:** Oversee the entire new product development process, manage costs, timelines, artworks, and ensure regulatory requirements are met. - **Supplier Management:** Identify suitable partners and maintain strong relationships for ingredients, packaging, and manufacturing. - **Product Launch & Commercialization:** Ensure successful commercialization of NPD pipeline, monitor product performance, and support marketing and sales in launching new products. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Tech/M.Tech in Cosmetology or B. Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry - 1-3 years of experience in NPD in skin care, hair care, treatment products, salon/professional products - Working knowledge of MS-Office, especially MS-Excel - Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for marketing trends - Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and collaborate effectively across teams Join Pilgrim to be a part of a dynamic team that values innovation and growth in the Beauty & Personal Care industry.,
