Role: IT Infrastructure Network Lead Job Profile We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Network Lead to oversee and manage all IT Networks across the Lodha Offices. The Network Lead will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the organization’s network systems. This role will involve leading a team, troubleshooting complex network issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring the seamless operation of all network services. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the network Budgets, high levels of communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. • Assess network requirements and ensure that infrastructure supports business needs. • Design network solutions that support both on-premises and cloud-based environments. • Monitor the network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize network performance. • Implement and enforce network security policies and protocols (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems). • Oversee network security audits and collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems related to connectivity, routing, switching, and performance. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for network designs, configurations, and protocols. • Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and improvements for senior management. • Collaborate with third-party vendors to procure network equipment, software, and services. • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and issues are resolved promptly. • Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and administrators. • Conduct performance reviews and ensure continuous skill development within the team. Required Experience: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. • Strong documentation skills. • Strong experience in network design, troubleshooting, and management (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls). • Proficiency in network monitoring tools and techniques. • Familiarity with network security practices (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems). • Experience with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus. • Certifications in Cisco/HPE Aruba/ Fortinet Products will be an added advantage. • Experience with SD-WAN and network automation tools. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting expertise. • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Practice: 10-15 years of experience in network management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
