Position: Lead Network Manager

Reports to:

Role in short:

design, build, and maintain company networks

Key Responsibilities (Highlights)

Network Design & Implementation:
Build scalable, secure networks for factories & offices.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and review
network engineers/admins
(in-house & outsourced).
Vendor Management:
Work with
OEMs, AMC partners, and communication providers
.
Network Maintenance & Support:
Monitor, troubleshoot, upgrade, and secure networks.
Collaboration:
Partner with
IT Infra, Admin, vendors, stakeholders
.
Project Management:
Deliver
network projects
on time & budget.
Network Security:
Apply
protocols, audits, risk mitigation, incident handling
.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain
network diagrams, configs, reports
.

Qualifications (Highlights)

Education:
Bachelor’s in IT/CS.
Experience:
10–15 yrs (3+ yrs leadership).
Skills:

SD-WAN, Firewalls, Communication, Cloud & Hybrid Networking, ICS/OT.
Certifications:
CCNA/CCNP/CISSP (preferred).
