Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Network Lead to join our team at AlgoLEAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and leadership, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage network architectures to ensure high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot complex network issues using various tools and techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation of network infrastructure and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security and management.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with network management tools such as Cisco or Juniper devices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex network issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with distributed teams.
