Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Network Engineers / Data Centre Engineers to deliver L3/L4 level support for complex networking environments both remotely and on-site. Candidates must have a solid background in network infrastructure, strong troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies including AWS, Cisco, and Palo Alto. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 and 4 network support . Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in real-time, both remotely and on-site Deploy and maintain network devices and services in enterprise and cloud environments Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches on network hardware and software Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cloud, security, and systems engineers Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolution protocols Ensure high availability and optimal performance of network services Technical Requirements:Cloud Networking (AWS): Hands-on experience with AWS networking services including: VPCs , Subnets , Route Tables Load Balancers (ALB/ELB/NLB) Gateways (Internet/NAT/VPN) Cross-connects , Direct Connect links Security Groups , Network ACLs Firewall & Security: Strong expertise with Palo Alto firewalls Policy management, traffic inspection, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting Network Infrastructure (Cisco): Cisco CCNP or CCNE certification preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience) Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure Routing & Switching Protocols: In-depth knowledge of: Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) BGP , RIP , OSPF VLANs, Trunking, Link Aggregation Network Connectivity & Technologies: Familiarity with: Ethernet , WiFi , Fiber Optics (FO) Structured cabling standards and Data Centre practices VPN & WAN Technologies: Expertise in: IPsec , SSL VPN , PPTP , PPPoE MPLS , Site-to-Site and Client VPNs Soft Skills & Additional Requirements: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French and/or Spanish is a plus) Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations Willingness to travel locally for on-site support as required Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Network engineering: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: CCNA Cloud, CCNP, CCIP (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 01/06/2025
