Senior Network engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team at our Andheri East, Mumbai location. This is a desk-based role requiring round-the-clock availability through a 24x7 shift schedule . The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in managing large-scale ISP networks and working with technologies from leading vendors such as Nokia, Huawei, and Juniper . Key Responsibilities: Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure in a high-availability ISP NOC environment. Configure, maintain, and support routers, switches, and other networking equipment from Nokia, Huawei, and Juniper. Analyze and resolve network outages, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity issues. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges. Document network configurations, incidents, and operational procedures. Participate in capacity planning and network optimization initiatives. Work across multiple shifts, including night and weekend coverage as required by the 24x7 schedule. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network operations, preferably in an ISP/NOC environment . Strong working knowledge of Nokia, Huawei, and Juniper network equipment. Proficiency in Layer 2/3 network protocols and troubleshooting tools. Experience with network monitoring systems and ticketing platforms. Certifications (Mandatory): CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) – preferred but not mandatory Show more Show less
