We specialize in strategy, architecture, delivery and support of solutions in the ECM, BI and Mobility space Position: Network Engineer - L2/L3 Support Experience: 6 Yrs - 15 Yrs Skills: LAN & WLAN Configuration, maintenance and Troubleshooting, Palo Alto, Cisco Job Location: Hyderabad/ Gurgaon Required Skills: LAN & WLAN Configuration: Design, configure, and manage LAN and WLAN networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including firmware updates, hardware replacements, and network health checks. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum availability. Performance Optimization: Optimize network performance through effective tuning and configuration. Security: Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and intrusion detection systems. Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to continuously assess network performance and identify potential issues. Documentation: Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference and compliance. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to support network-related needs and integrate new technologies. Project Management: Plan and execute network projects, including upgrades, migrations, and expansions. Training: Mentor and support junior network engineers in resolving complex network issues.. Required skills: 6 -15 years of experience in network engineering, including LAN and WLAN configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with network hardware from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, etc. Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS. Proficiency in using network monitoring and analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Desired Skills: Experience with network security measures and tools. Ability to advise on process accountability, data monitoring, and exception monitoring.
