Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced NetSuite ERP Specialist to lead the customization, integration, and optimization of our Oracle NetSuite system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP platforms, especially in connection with e-commerce, inventory, operations, and reporting workflows. Key Responsibilities: Lead configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle NetSuite ERP for company-wide use. Integrate e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon) into NetSuite for seamless order and inventory management. Automate workflows across sales, purchasing, warehousing, shipping, accounting, and CRM modules. Support Noida-based factory and warehouse teams with procurement, inventory tracking, production, and shipment reporting. Collaborate closely with the Amsterdam HQ for real-time process alignment and performance dashboards. Contribute to digital marketing integration, campaign tracking, and customer journey analytics within NetSuite. Be available for occasional travel to Europe and international exhibitions (2–3 times a year). Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite. Proven track record in ERP integration with major e-commerce platforms. Strong grasp of inventory and supply chain modules. Basic understanding of financial and accounting workflows in ERP systems. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience working with international teams or fast-growing brands.
